Linda, has been assisting both seller and buyer client's for 26 years. It's most important to listen to her client's expectations and needs throughout the process. Linda's strong negotiating skills are a very important part of the journey for her clients. Her willingness to sell and market in numerous areas has allowed her to assist many in achieving their goals.

Linda, began her Real Estate career in New York and established her business in Connecticut over 12 years ago. She and her husband raised their daughters in, Darien and are currently residing in, Stamford.

Linda is a member of the, Darien Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Smart MLS.

Having a pool was extremely important to us, and Linda went to the Stamford city offices, and checked that it was possible in lieu of zoning and other regulatory restrictions. Before and after the closing, Linda had many reputable recommendations for inspectors, pool companies, electricians, roofers, and has been invaluable in making this whole process smooth.

Lastly, Linda has a great intuition and expert advice that I have sought throughout the process. When we were putting in an offer on our house, Linda gave us expert perspective on how the seller could react to the price, and we landed on a price we were very happy with. Also, when the mortgage process kicked off, there was a delay in the house inspection due to miscommunication between the inspector and the bank. We didn't realize there could be a potential issue, but Linda was the first person to raise a flag that (in fact, the inspector had completely dropped the ball) and went out and beyond to contact the bank and inspector, to make sure this was being scheduled.
